Phase I is sold out, Phase II coming in 2019

Waterhouse Row is a new community on the banks of the Boise River, the edge of the Greenbelt and in the heart of the Waterfront District near downtown Boise.  Beautifully designed town homes overlook the Boise River, Esther Simplot Park, Boise Whitewater Park, Quinn's Pond and the Boise Greenbelt. Phase I of Waterhouse Row is sold out and expected to be completed in spring of 2019.
